What Is LEAP Lab?
The LEAP Lab is a flexible program designed by Tamara Irving and TMI Design & Consulting that places students at the center of production using dance and storytelling to explore social issues, develop career-connected skills, and lead their own creative teams.
Offered in schools, community centers, and summer programs, LEAP Lab helps students build confidence, voice, and purpose.
Program Formats

4β8 Week After-School Program (1x/week or 2x/week)

1-Week or Weekend Intensives (ideal for spring break, summer, or special events)

Multi-Site Rotation Models (1 day per week per location)
